These terms govern your use of Nikk's. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nikk's, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You may hold only one Nikk's account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or closed.
4. Surveys and rewards
Each completed and verified survey pays ₦350.
A survey counts as completed when all required questions are answered and the response passes our quality checks.
Surveys rejected for inconsistent, rushed, or inauthentic answers are not payable.
Survey availability is not guaranteed and varies by profile and location.
5. Payments
Approved earnings are credited to your Nikk's wallet immediately. Withdrawals are processed instantly and sent to the bank or wallet details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Nikk's does not charge withdrawal fees.
6. Acceptable use
No automated, scripted, or bot-driven survey completion.
No duplicate accounts or impersonation.
No harassment of other surveyers or platform staff.
No attempts to manipulate survey results or platform systems.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, and may withhold earnings that resulted from fraudulent activity. Where possible, we will explain the reason.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, and software belong to Nikk's. Survey responses you submit are used in anonymised, aggregated form by our research clients.
9. Disclaimers
Nikk's is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific level of earnings. Earnings depend entirely on how many surveys you complete.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Account details: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
Payout details: the bank or wallet information you provide for withdrawals.
Profile data: age range, location, and interests used for survey matching.
Survey responses: the answers you submit.
Technical data: device type, browser, and basic usage logs.
3. How we use it
To create and secure your account.
To match you with surveys you are eligible for.
To calculate and pay your earnings.
To detect fraud, duplicate accounts, and low-quality responses.
To improve the platform.
4. Survey responses
Your individual responses are never sold with your name attached. Results are delivered to research clients in aggregated, anonymised form. In limited cases, verbatim written answers may be shared without any identifying information.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with payment processors (to complete withdrawals), infrastructure providers, and where legally required.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to a small number of authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as a serious responsibility.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial records.

1. The ₦350 standard
Nikk's pays a flat ₦350 for every completed and verified survey. The rate is the same across all survey categories and is displayed before you begin each survey.
2. What counts as complete
All required questions answered.
Response submitted before the survey closes.
Answers pass our quality checks — no rushing through, no contradictory responses, no random selection patterns.
Completion of any attention-check questions embedded in the survey.
3. Withdrawals
There is no minimum withdrawal amount and no threshold to reach.
Withdrawals are processed instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Nikk's charges no withdrawal fees. Your bank may apply its own charges.
4. Processing times
Most payouts land in under 60 seconds. In rare cases involving bank downtime, settlement may take longer. Nikk's releases funds immediately; we do not hold them.
5. Failed or reversed payouts
If a payout fails due to incorrect account details, the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.
You may correct your details and retry immediately.
Reversed payouts are never charged a fee.
6. Fraud and quality checks
Earnings obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, or deliberately false answers may be withheld and the account closed. We investigate before taking action and you may appeal any decision.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings under the laws applicable to you. Nikk's does not withhold tax at source.
Nikk's works because surveyers trust each other. These guidelines protect that.
1. Be honest
Answer surveys truthfully. Your answers shape real decisions, and false responses degrade the platform for everyone — including you.
2. Be respectful
Treat other surveyers as colleagues, not competitors. Disagreement is fine. Disrespect, harassment, and personal attacks are not.
3. No spam
Do not promote external services, referral schemes, or paid links.
Do not repeatedly post the same message.
Do not attempt to recruit surveyers onto other platforms.
4. Protect privacy
Never share another member's personal details.
Do not post full bank account numbers or payout receipts publicly.
Do not attempt to identify anonymous survey respondents.
5. Reporting
If you see behaviour that breaks these guidelines, report it. Reports are reviewed by moderators and handled discreetly.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, action may range from a private warning to permanent removal from the community and, in cases involving fraud, closure of the account.
7. The spirit of it
Keep the space useful, quiet, and kind. If a message would not help another surveyer earn or understand something, it probably does not belong here.
